I never fully appreciated the positive impact that massage therapy could make in someone’s quality of life, until I experienced it for myself while working with another massage therapist to improve my own health over the past 12 years.
This, in combination with my natural gifts of intuition and empathy, inspired me to study to become a massage therapist, so I could create a healing environment and help others with their health and wellness needs.
In my studies, I have completed 800 hours of training, learned to skillfully apply several different modalities, and graduated from the Forsyth Technical Community College Therapeutic Massage program. I passed the NC MBLEx (licensing exam) in 2019, and have since acquired all necessary licenses and permits to own and operate a massage therapy business in NC.
My philosophy is that massage therapy is a practice, and I am always seeking to learn new techniques and grow my skills, to better help others improve their health and wellbeing.
