At Livity Massage, I use a combination of Swedish and Therapeutic, or Deep Tissue massage techniques as well as elements from Polarity and Reflexology, to create a personalized session, unique to my client's individual needs.

Whether you are just in need of a relaxing “escape" from the daily stresses of life... or you have more specific health concerns that could use some attention, Livity Massage would love to help.

Maintaining the right energy, flow, or “vibe” in the massage room is essential. To help ensure that element, my table and bolsters are produced by companies that use only all natural materials. The oils and lotions used in my sessions are all natural and hypoallergenic. Any fabrics that touch your skin are also all natural and washed in an all natural, organic laundry detergent. If aromatherapy is incorporated in a session, only naturally sourced organic essential oils will be used.

Livity Massage is based out of my home, nestled back in the woods at a quiet, cozy location down a private dirt road on the outskirts of Winston-Salem, NC (Walkertown/Kernersville area) ...OR I can also be mobile! I’ll travel almost anywhere to bring my massage table experience to your location of choice, whether that be your home, office, or another favorite setting.
